Launched in 2019 in partnership with the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Animation Day quickly became an important program for the global animation filmmaking community in Cannes. The program featuring talks, panel discussions, animation screenings and networking events is coming back in Cannes this year.
The upcoming Animation Day will include a presentation of titles in various stages of development looking for sales agents, distributors or festival exposure, panels hosted by industry professionals and a cocktail at the end of the day.
Animation film experts and enthusiasts will gather to discuss, learn more about and predict the future of this rapidly rising genre.
